Chain of custody

Photo at pickup, photo at drop, signature, GPS, timestamp. Each record is hashed against the one before it, so altering any entry breaks every hash after it. The record cannot be quietly rewritten.

Declared value coverage

A $200 pickup and a $40,000 watch are not the same run and are not priced the same. Coverage is declared per run, and only a contractor cleared to that value can be dispatched.

No surge pricing

There is no surge column in our rate cards. Not as a policy — as a matter of architecture. It cannot be turned on.
